Are you interested in learning about a special virtual challenge created by JT Miller from the Vancouver Canucks. JT has created a special workout plan and is challenging Junior and Minor hockey league players to complete it. The workout emulates a typical Vancouver Canucks training day. It's a fun way to see if your players would have what it takes to be Vancouver Canucks players.
To participate, you have to register before September 26th. All who join the challenge will be entered into a draw to win a signed Canucks jersey and a La Roche-Posay basket filled with prizes.

What's even cooler about this is that JT is doing it in support of a charity called Save Your Skin Foundation, which supports people living with melanoma. JT's mother-in-law passed away from melanoma last year so this is a cause that's dear to him.
Here's a video of JT where he explains a bit more about his involvement.
