FSJMHA has moved to a new system for Criminal Record Checks

New eCRC service

This is to inform your organization that the Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP) has now onboarded all organizations to the new applicant-based online service (eCRC) using the mobile BC Services Card as electronic identity verification (EIV). The previous eCRC system using Equifax as EIV will no longer be available as of December 17, 2021.

The CRRP recognizes that not everyone will have the ability to access or obtain the mobile BC Services Card, therefore, the manual paper-based and in-person ID verification will remain an option.
